Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of albuquerqueportapottyrental.shop (the "Site") operated by Albuquerque Porta Potty Rental. By using the Site you accept these Terms.

Information on this Site

Content on the Site, including guides and price ranges, is general information. Prices shown are estimates for typical jobs. Your actual price depends on the condition of your equipment, parts required and site conditions, and is confirmed with you before work starts.

Requests, estimates and scheduling

Submitting a form or calling does not create a contract. A service agreement is formed only when you approve a written or verbal estimate from our technician. Arrival windows are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather, emergencies or parts availability.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any diagnostic or service-call fee is explained before the visit.

Warranty

Any guarantee or warranty that applies to your service is stated in writing on your service agreement or invoice; nothing on this Site creates one. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under their terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use automated means to collect content from it except as allowed by our robots.txt file.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design and graphics belong to Albuquerque Porta Potty Rental or its licensors. Brand names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe products we service.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albuquerque Porta Potty Rental is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New Mexico law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
