Someone answers, at any hour
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
Free to you, start to finish
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and New Mexico require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Albuquerque. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The part this service cannot promise
None of the above is a warranty on anyone’s workmanship. The contractors are independent businesses, not employees of this site, and the work you agree with one of them is a contract between you and that contractor — its quality, its price, its schedule and its guarantee are theirs to give and yours to hold them to.
